About Us
A note from our founder, Chris Collins: “During the 1980s, in the bottom drawer of my desk, I kept a 3×5 index card to jot down ideas for a company name if I ever went out on my own. That day came in 1993. Before that, I specialized in writing life insurance contracts. As my clients progressed through life, I realized they looked to me for a broader menu of services. So I expanded the scope of my studies, added credentials, and pulled out that little 3×5 card. The one name that best defined our financial planning service was perfectly captured in two words, Tomorrow’s Money. I still love that name today because it’s what we do for our clients – planning around the many financial situations and possibilities that arise in everyday living.”
Chris Collins has won the Dale Carnegie Human Relations Award, several National Quality Awards, a listing in Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, and has qualified many times for the Million Dollar Round Table, its Top of the Table, and its Honor Roll. Chris maintains his standing in the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, the Christian Business Men’s Connection, the Society of Financial Service Professionals and is a past president of its Lincoln Chapter. Tomorrow’s Money maintains membership in the Lincoln Independent Business Association and consistently appears on the Better Business Bureau Honor Roll.
Our philosophy centers around learning what is important to each client. We aim for a deep understanding by asking lots of questions, listening, and noting our clients’ wishes. These things form the core of a financial plan and these unique details cause each plan to have a distinctive blueprint.
We want each client to know that they’ve been heard and to honor their wishes. We treasure being a part of each client’s path to accomplishing their life goals, and we aim to perform this responsibility in earnest with sincerity, skill, and attention to detail.
